Where a company, partnership or sole trader wishes to supply telecommunications, broadcasting or electronic services, an application for a MOSS (mini one stop shop) registration must be submitted.
We are engaged by clients to collect and to prepare the necessary paperwork as well as to oversee the entire MOSS registration application process. An application can either be a new registration or a modification to an existing one.
